Leader with more than 15 years of international experience in technology and improvement issues in the Norwegian energy sector. RODOLFO GOVEA
Economist. Master's Degree in Administration. UNAM. More than 32 years of experience in the area of training and coordination of professional and operational personnel at the Mexican Petroleum Institute (IMP). He directed various projects in companies such as Petróleos Mexicanos and nationally within the hydrocarbons sector of Mexico such as Diavaz Offshore, Dupont, Oleum del Norte and the Agency for Safety, Energy and Environment, ASEA. Some of its main projects are: Development of Inspection Units for the certification of motor vehicle safety.

Mechanical Engineer with a specialty in thermodynamics. More than 8 years of experience as a Homologation Engineer for the introduction of vehicles to the Mexican Market. Expert in Certification of Light and Heavy Vehicles under European and American regulations. Expert in Electric Vehicle Certification Mexico. He has worked for national brands such as: GIANTMOTORS LATIN AMERICA, FAW, JAC, PEUGEOT, FOTON, SINOTRUK, SHACMAN.
PAMELA MARTINEZ
Degree in Commercial Relations, specializing in the certification of automotive parts for entry into Mexican territory. With extensive knowledge in tariff classification, mandatory Mexican Official Customs Standards, Official Mexican Standards for labeling and compliance, Quality Infrastructure Law, ISO 9000 and ISO/IEC 17020:2012 NMX-EC-17020-IMNC-2014. With 7 years of experience in the industrial sector, applying her knowledge as Manager of the Auto Parts Certification department at GCORP and experience as Deputy Director of Administration and Finance for the inspection unit "PIASA-VERICENTRUM".
Ana Pulido
An economist from the Universidad Panamericana, he has worked for the Ministry of Economy, in the area of automotive industrial production programs, collaborating in the establishment of new production plants, also at the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE). In the private sector, he has worked for GCORP in various foreign investment projects for the industrial sector. Among his specialties is advising industrial, commercial and service projects.
